If your order exceeds $50 and you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For opened or used kits, contact us — we may still offer partial refunds or replacements depending on your situation.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (if required), we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
